We recommend that you arrive to Esencia Day Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to better prepare you for your treatment.
Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your therapist may have to shorten the duration of your service, in order to not inconvenience other guests. Full rates will still apply.
Storage is available for your personal belongings. Please note that Esencia Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please switch off or turn your cellular phones in silent mode to help us create and maintain a tranquil environment.
Before your treatment begins, kindly inform your spa receptionist or therapist of pain points, sensitivities and areas or treatment segments to be avoided.
During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort and inform your therapist of your preferred pressure.
We request that any cancellations are advised at least 4 hours before your appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations or less than 2 hours notice and no shows, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Our online bookings are non-refundable and non-rebookable. However, these treatments can be transferred with your endorsement.

Our facilities are, in fact, child friendly. Please consider the children in the language used inside our premises.
