Esencia Day Spa was founded by former flight attendant turned entrepreneur, Ms. Les Rabinovich.
She says, “I was a flight attendant for many years. I know how it feels to be really tired and stressed so, I also know when a spa treatment is genuinely relaxing and helpful. And that is our key focus – to make sure that every customer’s unique needs are met by a matching treatment from our menu.”
She added, “Airline passengers pay basically to be moved from one place to another, and cabin service is really just an add on. But if passengers can be so demanding, how much more for spa customers whose sole reason for visiting us is to de-stress, to get rested, relaxed and rejuvenated?”
Les believes that it is her and her team’s passion to go beyond customers’ expectations that keeps them coming back for more.
